Important COVID-19 Information and Processes!
Patients are asked to wear a mask or face covering when entering the clinic. Cloth masks/coverings are acceptable.
24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a COVID-19 pre-screening assessment link by email which you are required to complete before you arrive at the clinic. You will need to do this for each and every appointment.
To ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff, Landmark Wellness will be following guidelines required by our regulatory colleges, WorkSafe BC and BC’s Provincial Health Officer. Please take a moment to read and familiarize yourself with our new procedures and policies:
Patients are asked to wash their hands when they arrive before entering the clinic. Restrooms are conveniently located on our floor, just around the corners from the elevator. Hand Sanitizer is available in our reception area upon entry to the clinic.
Please arrive only a few minutes prior to your appointment as we will be limiting the number of clients in the waiting room to a maximum of 3. if waiting room is at capacity, you will be asked to wait just outside the clinic doors until space opens up or your practitioner is ready to receive you. We ask that guests do not accompany patients to the clinic. If a parent or care giver is required, they may get the patient situated and then will be asked to exit the clinic.
We request no cash payments at this time if able and we will be processing automatic payments to minimize contact with debit terminals when ever possible.
As a clinic we have implementing enhanced thorough cleaning procedures and are committed to following the highest standards set out by Public Health and WCB.
Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us, therefore, if you are feeling unwell, are experiencing any symptoms or suspect you have been in contact with someone that is unwell or experiencing symptoms, we kindly ask that you please call in and reschedule your appointment. If you are returning from travel, please adhere to the governments recommendation of a self quarantine and reschedule your appointment to at least fourteen days from your return.
