Landmark Wellness direct bills to most insurance companies. Please check with your insurance company to ensure that your plan allows for direct billing. Note that we make best attempts to direct bill, however, from time to time, a plan does not allow for direct billing for a variety of reasons. Clients are responsible for any fees that are not covered through direct billing.
